KPK had named the chairperson and three deputy chairpersons of the City Council in Musi Banyuasin (Muba) Regent, South Sumatera, as suspects in an alleged bribery regarding the regency's budget accountability reports for 2014 and 2015. An amount of Rp 17bn was allegedly committed to be distributed to all members of the Muba City Council.
